We offer fast international shipping, and during our first year of internet sales, all shipping fees are off! So order as much as you like, delivery is on us!
- Items are shipped through Courier services. Shipped items should be allowed at least 2 to 5 days for delivery, whereas International shipping depends on the country of your location. We recommend that you check shipping times on the website of the courier services in your country. Magic Carpets cannot guarantee delivery times, since we cannot take responsibility once the package is in the hand of the courier services. Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

All of the images of rugs you see on the website are taken by us using neutral white lighting, and under a tightly controlled set-up in order to respect colour neutrality. Magic Carpets assures you that the images you see on the website are as close to a live view as possible.
In the rare event that the rug arrives and is significantly different than the one you ordered, please get in touch with us immediately and we will solve the issue for you.

- What happens if my order arrives damaged?
All of our items are dispatched as seen on the website, they are carefully packed and protected against most events. If your order arrives damaged or stained, please notify the courier that delivered the item immediately upon noticing, send us an email or call us and we will begin the process of determining whether a return, insurance claim or re-delivery is in order.
